I was refering to Foreman II fighting those guys. Not Tyson, Holyfield or Lewis. I was just mentioning that their era was overrated if an old Foreman could be successful against the same competition. I cannot picture him beating allot of the current guys and it looks like allot of people agree with me too^

Since everyone sees this era of heavyweight boxing as such a lackluster bunch of pugs, I was wanting to post a poll to see who all agreed or do not agree that George Foreman would have never been able to beat a current title belt holder in this era, while he was able to have success against a supposedly stronger group of talent in the late 80's to the mid-90's. I think Big George would get sparked out by the likes of either Klitschko and beaten soundly by Valuev, Chagaev or even David Haye. Let me know your thoughts on the matter because I think that this heavyweight era has more talent than it is given credit for and that Tyson, Holyfield's and Lewis' title reigns were a little over hyped.
Even the George foreman that knocked out Moorer would lose to Wlad. Although a young Foreman would beat him. Asking now if he has a chance is laughable. That weaksauce boxer named Crawford Grimsley, the one who got knocked out in the first punch of the fight against Jimmy Thunder, went 12 rounds with Foreman and that was back in 96. Its almost 2009 for christ sake.

Foreman wouldn't be able to compete at all anymore.

I would favour the George Foreman of 1990 and 1991 over Valuev.

Read a little closer, I said had he returned in this era for his second title run.

Thank you. I cannot believe you thought I meant him fighting now. That's ri-got-damn-diculous.

The only one i can see beating the 90's george currently is Vitali due to his height. Even then..50/50. Haye would get knocked out.
