You don't think it is reasonable to take an easier fight against a more predictable guy when you are coming of consecutive losses, one of which was a brutal KO? Not to mention that he probably got more money for that fight than he would have fighting Froch at that point.

I dunno dude, I just think you need to understand that just because a particular fight does not get made at a particular time does not mean someone is "ducking" or "avoiding" someone else. There are a lot of factors that play into it. I don't buy that Taylor is avoiding Froch. I have seen nothing to make me believe it.

All i said was that they avoided Froch to fight Lacy cos thats what happened. Whether it was "reasonable" or not is up for debate. Surely if it was just a pit stop towards Froch, he'd fight him regardless of what HBO says.

Anyway like i said, we'll see what Taylor actually does before judging him.

HBO seems so far out of the loop. Kessler probably makes 2 Million US to fight unheralded guys in Germany and Denmark. HBO probably expects him to fight Taylor for about the same or less. It just does not happen that way because Kessler and Taylor will want big money for both of them taking a high risk fight against each other.

If HBO wants the big fights to be made, they had better be willing to shell out serious cash. It is not a PPV fight in the US so I cannot see that fight as being financially feasible at this time.

Read what I wrote earlier - Taylor has an exclusive contract with HBO. If anything, they would have to give their OK for him to fight Froch on another network.

And your continued cries of Taylor avoiding Froch are getting really tired. If someone offers me a steak for dinner and I'd rather have fish, it doesn't mean I'm "avoiding" steak. Taylor wanted Lacy. His decision had nothing to do with Froch.
