A lot of people really underestimate Floyd's size. Get back to the Ricky Hatton fight; Hatton is a guy who moved up just a single weight division to face Floyd and yet when they got into the ring the slight size advantage for Mayweather was prety clear to see. That's the reason Hatton wasn't able to bully and maul Mayweather when he got on the inside.

Floyd is a small welteerweight, but a natural one at this point in his career. While Manny is a tiny pint sized one that really shouldn't be fighting within the limits of that divisions. The little guy was breathing prety hard after a few rounds with De La Hoya because he wasn't used to moving around with that much extra weight around him.

Say what you will, but if a fight ever really does get made between the two I suspect that the size differencial will be very clear for all to see once they actually lace 'em up and stand across from each other inside a ring.

So if Pacquiao was born weighing 7lbs 3 oz.

and Mayweather was born 6lbs 12oz.

Pacquiao is naturally the bigger man?

That is the thing, I don't use what weight they started as a excuse. People say Manny P is smaller because he started his career at 106. But they forget he started 106 at the age of 16 when Mayweather was at the age of 16 he also was fighting at 106

you dont get it. yeah they may have weigh the same at 16 but you said it yourself that they were both still growing, and floyd just happened to grow a lilttle bit more than manny. taller, bigger bones, bigger frame. that's just the way it is. although it's not a lot, but floyd IS still bigger.

and it's the reason also why manny was able to stay longer at lower weights than floyd because of smaller bone mass and frame but in the end he cant trim down the muscle anymore.
