That is the thing, Pacman started at a lower weight than Oscar, unlike Mayweather - Hatton. Also height difference wasn't that great

i agree with most of what you said flawless.

        you make perfectly logical arguements.

the only thing you have lacked pointing out is naturally mayweather has developed into the larger fight...having a longer career at 140 and up; even fighting above 147 when he faced de la hoya while pacman has been at 147 (officially; he usually weighs 146-147 on fight when fighting at 135) for only the de la hoya fight.

I dont think its that big of a deal i just wanted to point it out.

Personally I dont think ANYONE should be complaining about any size advantages or disadvantages because its so minimal i dont believe its going to affect the outcome of the fight...so what if mayweather is an inch taller? or if he has a couple inches in reach on him (pacman = 67" and mayweather = 72")

pacman fought barerra who has a 70" reach
he fought oscar who has a 73" reach
morales is 5'8 with a 70" reach. (a half inch shorter than mayweather and two inches shorter in reach)

i dont think this difference is anything to complain about for anyone.

i feel they are evenly matched in size and skill and it would be potentially the BIGGEST fight of 2009.

i think no one is complaining. it's just not correct to say they're the same size.

              Actually...
Pacman has been fighting at welterweight for quite sometime now...

              Lets see...

vs. Barrera he weighed in at 140(fight night) -jr welterweight
vs. JMM1 he weighed in at 145(fight night) - welterweight
vs. Morales he came in at 143(fight night) -jr welterweight
vs. Solis he weighed in at 147(fight night) -welterweight
vs. Barrera2 he weighed at 145(fight night) -welterweight
vs. JMM2 he weighed at 145(fight night) -welterweight
vs. Diaz he weighed at 147(fight night) -welterweight
vs. De La Hoya he weighed 148.5(fight night) -welterweight

And let us not forget Pacman spars welterweights and middleweights...
              According to Freddie Roach.

Plus his normal (walk around) weight is 160+

NO MORE EXCUSES PACFANS!!!!! That "Pac is way smaller" excuse is now thrown OUT THE WINDOW!! this will be a fight between to EVEN guys..i could EASILY say that pbf hasnt fought for so long as an excuse but like i stated yesterday, thats not a good enough excuse..This fight will be with both guys at a 100% with BOTH guys at there best period..The better man will win and thats all there is to it..

                    According to Freedie ROach :

Pacquaio cant Make 135 no more

                    Freddie Roach said:

"Manny's been getting bigger all the time, he's getting older, getting thicker, and he had trouble making weight," Roach said. "Even in the Diaz fight, the day of the weigh-in we had to lose two pounds. He told me then we're not fighting at '35 again. He said we had to move to '40.
                    (140) Perfect weight for this fight to happen

                    According to Ellerbe

                    Mayweather is truly a lightweight.

"Floyd is going in there and beating these guys even though he's really a lightweight and is giving up something like 20 pounds," Ellerbe said. "What's that tell you about him? When he stepped into the ring against Oscar, he weighed 148 and Oscar weighed 168.

So are you going to call them idiots??

This part you are about to read is the icing on the cake

People say Mayweather is fighting Pacman the smaller man, since he started at 106. Fair enough, that is a solid point. If we apply some simple logic we found out that Manny Pacman was 16 years old when he fought at 106. I for one know that at 16 you have no reach your full potential in weight. The question you would be asking yourself now is why did I brimg up this point.

                      WELL

People forget in 1993 when Mayweather was 16 years old he was ALSO fighting at 106, when he won national Golden Gloves championships. Manny P and PBF at 16 both were 106 fighter. If Mayweather turned profession at the same age as Manny P he would have started at the same weight.

To all those people that say Mayweather is picking on Manny P becasue he started at 106 you just have been owned. Mayweather at 16 was fighting 106 as well

Manny P - Mayweather both same size
