and it's the reason also why manny was able to stay longer at lower weights than floyd because of smaller bone mass and frame but in the end he cant trim down the muscle anymore.
The reason Manny stayed at the lower weights is because he is younger by 2 years and also Mayweather moved up for Oscar $$$$

      Actually...
Pacman has been fighting at welterweight for quite sometime now...

      Lets see...

vs. Barrera he weighed in at 140(fight night) -jr welterweight
vs. JMM1 he weighed in at 145(fight night) - welterweight
vs. Morales he came in at 143(fight night) -jr welterweight
vs. Solis he weighed in at 147(fight night) -welterweight
vs. Barrera2 he weighed at 145(fight night) -welterweight
vs. JMM2 he weighed at 145(fight night) -welterweight
vs. Diaz he weighed at 147(fight night) -welterweight
vs. De La Hoya he weighed 148.5(fight night) -welterweight

And let us not forget Pacman spars welterweights and middleweights...
      According to Freddie Roach.

Plus his normal (walk around) weight is 160+

his frame is smaller, like a lightweight or a superfeather thats why he's able to shrink. he walks around 152.

Mayweather can make 140 and so can Manny P. Both Mayweather and Manny P would have a hard time making 135

i think Floyd will only have very little advantages over Pacman, they are pretty close in size though, I think Floyd would take this one, somehow facing agressors always seems to benefit him, everyone has always thought that pressure is the remedy against floyd but so far it's have been proven wrong.

what difference does it make what size they where at 16?? at 21 when a man has fully developed Manny Pacquiao was a flyweight while Mayweather was at super featherweight

What difference does it make?? Did why did you use that as your argument that Mayweather is not taking a risk???

Funny how you ignore that Manny P walks around heavier and also is one pound less come fight night.

I knew you were not a man. Men don't stop fulling out until late 20's that is why Manny p said he is fighting at 140 now not 135 anymore.

When Mayweather was 21 he was fighting at SFW and Hatton was fighting at Jr WW, yet in your eyes Hatton is smaller.

no one will give him relentless pressure like pac. a slow poldding castillo tried and won in my eyes in their first fight. pac does the same but w/ quicker and stronger punches while moving in and out. but i think its gonna be a 50-50 fight though.
