I gave him a very generous 7/10.. the names on there are decent.. it's the names NOT on there that matter more

I agree and chose 7 as well. The thing is, if he had just fought and beat, Cotto or Margarito many people would be voting 9-10. It's just that 1 fight that keeps people from voting any higher.

Voting 1-2-3-4 is just ridiculous. Like the guy or not, his resume is better than a 1.

I would give him an 8.5 maybe slightly higher but not quite 9. He fought a lot of quility fighters, but he could have done more at 135, 140 or 147 (at 130 his resume is on point though). He fought quality guys but he really did not stick around in any of these divisions to really prove his superiority. He did not need to do it in all of these division but doing it in 1 would have been a nice feather in his cap.

Mayweather is Considered the Greatest Ever at 130 by almost everybody.
