Has Dawson's stock risen in light of Adamek's win against Cunningham?

I don't think Tomasz was that affected by the weight tbh. I think in the Cunningham fight you can see that an excellent, fast and highly skilled boxer could comprehensively beat him.
Adamek is tough as hell and Cunningham has skills, but neither are on Dawson's level.
People are wasting their time if they want the white supremacists to give Dawson any credit for this fight though. The hate is way too strong.Comment

Right, so one ****ing post negates any need to post about the initial topic?
How about you actually do so, rather than further dragging this thread into a Calzaghe-themed one?
There's some logic for you.Comment

You know MOST Adamek fans and people that don't like Dawson won't give him the credit that he deserves for thoroughly beating and outboxing Adamek. They use the weight drained excuse which everyone know is BULL****. A Weight Drained fighter wouldnt have been able to turn it on the way Adamek did in the championship rounds. Adamek was the favorite at that time and Dawson was just a green prospect. Dawson should get ALOT of credit for beating Adamek especially seeing how great Adamek looks at Cruiserweight.Comment

Yup. Throw in the fact that Dawson was a relative newcomer to 175 as well (only two fights at 175, previously fighting between 160-168) I don't understand why weight is brought in at all. Dawson was very impressive that night.Comment

I think if Dawson could become comfortable at that weight, he would hand Adamek his ass again. It's hardly inconceivable, considering Cunningham still made it a competitive fights on the scorecards despite being knocked down 3 times. And Dawson is a better boxer than Cunningham and would fight a smarter fight.
I think Adamek would probably score a KD at some point but Chad would still box circles around him.Comment
