Hopefully this fight gets the go-ahead. Potentially a great fight, at the minute i couldnt pick a winner, id say its 50/50.

hbo should turn this fight down, GBP is ***ing ****** for putting two of their best future/current money makers together and ***ing ones career at this point.

What you didnt mention was that Casa put Katsidis down 2 times in the first and ultimately KO'd Katsidis yet he failed to wobble Marquez. Diaz prolly wont have the power to stun Marquez, but he does have workrate. But its not like Marquez hasn't fought anyone with a high work rate (Pacquiao).
actually I didn't mention him dropping Katsidis twice, but if you know what you're talking about then you also saw Katsidis being on the verge of a K.o over Casamayor but he got careless and got caught flush by a punch he didn't even see coming...I guess that where the experience paid off for Casa

yeah it is kinda weird for GBP to have two of their best fighters clash with each other when there's other potenial fights out there

            but I'm not complaining

turn it down?? why would they do something ****** like that? Marquez is near the end of his career, Diaz has a potential 10 more years to go, he's only what..24? Marquez has 2 maybe 3 at the most left in him.

Diaz 24 years old...long career ahead of him.
              Marquez 35...end is near....very near!

              This fight makes sense.

some fans don't know what the hell they want! why stop a potential great fight? it's ****** if you ask me, I would love to see this match, I think GBP is doing a good job, two good fighters facing each other, why protect every fighter feeding him bums, F-k it! the best fight the best, boxing will be back on top if they handle business that way!

cause marquez can go straight for the 3 belts against campbell instead of fighting for a lame ibo title which isnt gonna do anything for his legacy...

Campbell has a mandatory, and GBP doesn't want their belt to potentially be lost to someone outside the family.

jmm needs to fight campbell. that's the only fight that matters at lightweight.
