    JMM vs Juan Diaz thoughts...

JMM is a great fighter no doubt, but Diaz has proven he's an elite fighter.
Diaz outclassed Katsidis last September, and Katsidis almost K.O Casamayor until he got careles and got caught, and JMM had trouble against Casamayor. Diaz is a nonstop action fighter, and JMM is a counter puncher so this should be a good match up.

Should of gotten made in Houston if they wanted a sellout crowd, JMM does not want to do it here...They won't get a seelout at Vegas that's for sure.

Hopefully they at least have it in texas, like San Antonio, it would sell out there.

Good fight. I wanted to see Nate and JMM unify, but maybe they will after their next fights. I like Diaz and he has a chance but I just think JMM is too skilled for him. And co-sign the wish for the Texas locale. I think they'd blow the roof off down there.

Depends on how Diaz fought. if he was the old Diaz you would think he would have a very good chance of beating JMM, but if he fought the way he did against Katsidis i believe he would lose for sure.

Did you see the fight? I have seen it several times and that was the best boxing performance of the year, Katsidis never got into the fight and won 2 rounds tops.

Yeah ive seen it, but the point im making is that he could NOT box with JMM he would get beaten in a Boxing match, however he could deffo give JMM trouble with his old more aggressive style.

I don't know man...JMM got hit by Casamayor alot of times infact, I think everytime JMM connected Casamayor would pay him back. I know styles make fights, so this is what im trying to put out there.

agressive vs agressive = too many clinches and headbutts
defensive vs counter puncher = boring fight with neither dictating

but in this case it will be agressor(diaz) vs counter puncher(JMM) so it can't fail to entertain.

I can see Diaz winning a close split decision, or JMM winning by stoppage it's a 50/50...maybe even a draw...

I'm telling you all this now. Juan Diaz lays a beatdown on JMM.
