mayorga fought shane much like he did forrest he just has a confusing style for some but shane figured it out finnally. margarito is so slow i give shane a great chance at pulling the upset.

What disturbs me is that Shane backed out of a Margarito fight before, when he was comebacking against Estrada and didn't look too hot.

He has had somewhat of a resurgence, but now he's two years older, and talking **** he hadn't talk about Margarito ever.

He took forever with Mayorga, whereas other guys, Tito and DLH, just lit him up fairly early.

      Doesn't look good.

I figured him to be the loser the second the fight was put together.

And Shane can be broken down somewhat. He aint do **** against Cotto late. I question why he wasn't letting his hands go.

I expect a good fight tho. Margarito's gonna hit Shane. Shane better not jus stand there and try to duke it out. I could easily see Shane losing a decision or Margarito as well. I'd be suprised if we see a KO.
Have you actually watched the fight? The latter 6 rounds was Mosley's best performance and some might argue that he won the fight. But it was very close. Mosley was pressuring Cotto after 6 rounds and was doing better than in his former 6 rounds.

I think he just means he can take what Cotto took while coming back with his own stuff, he knows he'll be in a war in January and he's preparing for it mentally.

Shane is not a smart fighter though...and he doesn't box either...the guy just likes to brawl. At this stage in his career brawling with Margarito isn't the the right thing to do. I mean they guy almost lost to Mayorga...I don't see him beating Margarito.
