According to promoter Mick Hennessey, newly crowned WBC super middleweight champion Carl "The Cobra" Froch is likely to make his first defense in April. Froch captured the vacant title last Saturday at the Trent FM Arena in Nottingham after winning a twelve round decision over fellow unbeaten Jean Pascal. Taylor's call, it's a mandatory for Froch.

Hopefully Taylor fights Bute or Froch next. IMO Froch is the easier way to a belt, but probably less lucrative than Bute.
Plus w/Bute being a slick southpaw... the odds definitely go to Froch for being the less risky proposition.
