He didnt clinch for the same reason he didnt throw any punches or step into his jab or block punches or hold his hands up. He threw the fight. 100% he threw it. He figured if he gets beat up then nobody would question it like they did the Hopkins fight.

Oscar didn't clinch because he would have looked even more of a twat by clinging on to a little dude like Manny, and Manny's movement was superb. Oscar couldn't barely get near him.

oscar threw the fight plain and simple. for anyone to think that oscar became shot between the forbes fight and saturday is kidding themselves. forbes is the much harder fighter to hit and oscar didn't have nearly as much trouble against him as he did pacquiao. this fight is tainted without a doubt.
