Marg, Cotto, and Clottey are, and if PBF comes back and don't fight any of those guys he'll still be flamed to hell.
marg, cotto, and clottey are not great fighters. they have to build a legacy like pac and floyd did for floyd to fight them.

and keep in mind duran never cleaned out 160 so why is ther talk of cfloyd coming back to beat everyone at 147, he already beat the guys he needed to at his natural weight of 130.

are you saying pac is not great because he didn't clean out any division he has ever been in

floyd SHOULD get credit but overall he wont..people want floyd to lose so badly that even if floyd haters think that pac's win against oscar was the greatest thing on earth that if pbf beats manny they will say that manny was too small or something..

I would give him a hell of a lot of credit for even taking the fight at this point.
And yes, I do think the general boxing public would give Floyd his due props, if he were to beat Pac and look good doing it.

Of course Floyd got credit for beating DLH and Hatton. But since DLH was 9 years past his peak at #1 p4p, had only fought once in more than 2 1/2 years and had lost 2 of his last 4 fights. And Hatton barely sc****d by Collazo in his only previous fight at 147, probably not the ATG credit you try to give him. At least not just from those two fights. Good wins, both of them. Pac at this stage would be a great win, especially at 140 or below.
PAC/JMM 1 was a robbery. Had one judge did not make a mistake in scoring, it shouldn't be a draw! Pac won twice against JMM. I dont think anybody deserve a PAC/JMM 3. I dont even remember now how many times JMM kissed the canvass in the 24 rounds that they fought, do you? How many times was JMM floored by PAC? Isn't it enough?

Then Floyd should fight Margarito or Cotto. Then the world will give him the credit he deserves. Fact is he avoiding fighters who has a chance of beating his ass. But I doubt he would fight any of them. This two fighters are both dangerous and he wont be taking any risk. Just stay in retirement Floyd, that will be good for you.

so basically hoya beating an active dangerous fighter in mayorga and taking his belt before he fought floyd means absolutely nothing

that's why dfloyd won't get credit for beating manny. if floyd went up to 154 oscar's natural weight class for the past 7 years and beats oscar for his belt you bring up oscar losing at 160 and not being p4p#1. what the f.u.c.k does that have to do with floyd beating him at 154. if floyd beat pacman are you going to say oh pac lost to morales already.

do you think pacquiao could handle luis collazo and you claim oscar and hatton were good wins, what has pacquiao done in the last three years that measured up to what hatton and oscar were at the time

                  Yes
Mayweather isn't that much bigger than Pacquiao. Floyd's closer to a 140 fighter than a 147 fighter IMO.

can pacquiao beat floyd since they are the same size should pac fight margartio, cotto, and mosley since he has fought at 147

You do know that Duran spent most of his career as a LW? Yet he still had the balls to move up to MW and go 15 rounds with arguably the best MW ever, at 32, and then at 38 won a MW title. Please don't compare Duran and Mayweather, I don't see any prime Leonards, Hearns or Haglers on Floyd's resume.
