If the champion can make three times as much money fighting in Germany than US then it's pretty bloody ignorant to expect him to travel to America. And a bit rich given that very few Yanks ever fight abroad, often for that very reason.

this can be a good match up. since they are both southpaw and about the same height. I want to see how this story plays out....

Dzinziruk likely got a ridiculosly small offer.

I expect that Williams have to travel to Germany if he wants to fight for the belt. Either that or keep feasting on secondraters.

I seriously doubt that Dzinziruk makes much more money in germany to be honest. As Williams is interim champ Dzinziruk will have to fight him or lose the belt so i am sure it will happen at some point in 09.

Wheter or not the fight WILL happen in 2009 will likely NOT come down to WBO. When was the last time they forced a mandatory on any of their champions? At least I cannot remember, but perhaps they have changed their policies?

I'll still be very dissapointed if the fight doesnt come off since Dzinziruk targeted Williams. He doesnt look good in this mess so far.
