On Oscar, I think its the way he lost. He was a great eight round fighter but coughed up leads at defining moments. The way he punked out vs. Tito was horrid and the Hopkins fight reeked of quit. and I thought Tito backed into a win over Oscar by a point, and that was Tito mitigated by weight issues.

Yep I'm often glad when I'm wrong moreso when my predictions are right - it's what makes boxing so entertaining. .

Fair enough. . . But I'd still argue that the Tito fight was simply a strategy gone wrong - happened before, it will happen again. . .

Look at how close all his fights were that he lost, though? Mosley one and two could arguably have gone either way; the second fight I really thought Oscar won 116-112. . . Plus Mosley was juiced to high heaven. . .

I guess "all time great" is perhaps a bit too much to dub him, but he's definitely a hall-of-famer like you said (first round IMO). . . I just feel he doesn't get the credit he deserves - it seems so long ago, and a different time in boxing - the way he fought anyone and everyone. . .
