I'm Not gonna say I'm impressed by the opponent Paul beat but how GREAT he was going to the body...You must admit his body work tonight was great and he could have easily faught from a distance but brought it to Vernon
    Without a doubt it was.

there is no comparison in Williams fighting Verno and Cal fighting Jones.

Cal actually couldve fought Pavlik...but ran.

Cal looks at Jones as a legacy building fight.

Williams fought Verno because no else wants none.

Williams looks at Verno for what he is a tough veteran fighter.

No one is here raving about how beat Verno..I dont give a phuck..it was a stay busy fight and Williams had no fluke injuries.

Bring on ***** ass marg...stop runnin.

I don't care if Verno was never stopped.

You can't honestly say you were impressed by this fight and say Calzaghes wasn't impressive either, especially the cats who picked Jones to win.

        Thats just being a hypocrite.
Cmon man you're not impressed by a welterweight that went up in weight and dominated a guy who has never been stopped??????? Jones has been KOed 2 times and almost 3 and Calzaghe couldnt stop him. And yea he moved down but you act like hes been fighting at Middleweight or something. Give the man some props.

          Here we go again.

Shot = Dead............ Roy was Tupac

Hopkins at 35 schooled the younger prime Tito.

Roy beat a past prime Tito who got schooled by Winky and was coming off a long layoff.

Roy was KTFO twice in recent years: Tarver and then Johnson.

So how about that age thing.

          Good job.

          Anyway...Who cares.

Most of us just want to see Williams fight the younger fighters, but they need to be willing to fight him.

          He fights to stay active

Where were the majority of his matches? And how long ago did he fight at middleweight? When he started his career?
