Phillips wasn't nearly as shot as RJJ, PWill's bodywork was impressive.
There is no way that guy should be fighting below SMW. I think he has an ability to weight drain and retain strengh rather than any sort of master boxing ability, he would look big in a ring with Kessler.
He gets killed by any middlweight in the top ten. Kessler would murder him.
