    Nope he isn't. He was very underrated in fact before he beat Cotto by a lot of people.

                    No Margarito was actually very underated before his fight with Cotto.

                    He proved himself to be a top fighter at 147.

                    Maragarito's chin,workrate and toughness is one of the best in the game today. He is tough for any fighter at ww.
