I thought of Lee when typing, but decided against it since he managed to beat Willie Gibbs and it wasn't wasted seeing as how all tried fighting and then lost.

Thinking about it more, John Duddy is another good name to put on this list. Man was so close to a Pavlik fight, but then looked like **** and it was called off.

I find it hard to diss Duddy, he is a very ordinary fighter. Who loves to fight and has a heart as good as his chin. He has no real business at the top level, he'd get really hurt.

I think there are a far few British domestic guys who would have him. Jamie Moore and Matthew Macklin both get him imo.

Lee is actually good, I really like him.

Mikkel Kessler hardly wasted the year, winning a world title. Sartisan is actually a good fighter, Kessler was the first to defeat him. Haussler really is a bum, but the WBA forced Mikkel to fight him, it wasn't his choice.

Why do people say this as i going to America immediately gurantees you a big fight?

Dawson didnt want to fight Diacanu as his mando at LHW cos he wanted the Tarver fight, why on earth would he fight Kessler?

To be fair, when Kessler had the oppurtunity to KO Edison Miranda and he rejected it to fight whatshisface, that's a waste of a year. He could have easily fought for the vacant title or the titlist afterwards if he really wanted to that bad. Look at the hype Abraham got for KOing Miranda. Kessler would have been respected like he was before if he did.

Winky, I think he's having a hard time getting motivated and he should probably retire if that's the case. Same thing with FMJ.

Lee didn't waste the year even though he lost, he learned from it and will be better in the long run.
