Why do Margarito fans keep trying to throw Quintana in the mix? He got blown out. Why dont margarito fans DEMAND that Santos fight Margarito a 3rd time since the first fight was a NC and the second fight was stopped on cuts? The double standards are ridiculous.

What never ceases to amaze me was last week, Margarito shouldnt be fighting Mosley cause it did NOTHING for his legacy fighting a faded Shane. Now you dont hear them asking why this fight is taking place. And they keep comparing resumes but the difference is, Margarito has a LOSS to Williams, not the other way around.

If Margarito and Arum are two scared bitches who dont want the fight, then say that. But dont act like you are more than willing to fight the person who beat your ass a second time just cause you got your ass tore off the first time

At the end of the day, I agree with them though. Williams should shuddup and move forward with his career. Aint like Margarito's ***** ASS gonna man up and fight him again.

For the record I am a Margarito fan (not nuthugger)...but most importantly a fan of the sport. I think the PWill fight needs to and will happen, hopefully, before the end of 2009. Would I call Margarito P4P the best welterweight depends on what criteria you use. Do you only look at who he lost to or who he has fought and beaten? Do resumes come into play? Serious things that need to be answered I think.

No disrespect to PWill but the same can be asked and should be expected of him.

To me they are both good fighters that have unfinished business, if not for the matter of settling "most feared" or other cliches that either promoters or fans have attached on them then for the mere sake of a pretty good damn fight IMO.

marg and pwill need to fight to find out who is the best welterweight. marg needs to get revenge for his loss.

Margarito doesnt need a fight with Williams. Why fight Williams, lose, and cause a mass suicide of all his ******ed ass fans? Right now, there is a shallow case being made that Margarito is the number 1 WW based soley on the fact that he beat Cotto. NOBODY was even considering him a top welterweight even when he carried the WBO strap for 7 years. Now he beats Cotto AFTER losing to Williams and all of a sudden he is number 1 even though Williams was still the WBO title holder. And the argument? Because Williams lost to Quintana. Well newsflash nuthuggers. Williams has done something Margarito has NEVER done. He has beat EVERY MAN HE HAS FACED. Avenging his loss the Quintana says a million. Margarito hasnt rematched one loss.
