Paul "The Punisher" Williams says that WBA welterweight champion Antonio Margarito can not call himself the best welterweight in the world until the two of them fight again. Williams won a twelve round decision over Margarito last year to win the WBO's version of the 147-pound title. Margarito's promoter Bob Arum turned down a $4 million dollar offer for a rematch with Williams. Margarito will face Shane Mosley on January 24 and then take part in a rematch with Miguel Cotto in June. [details]

I think he's got a point. When Williams got beat, he wasted no time going for a rematch, and proving he's the better fighter. If Margarito wants to really be called the best, I don't see how he can't fight Williams.
