Arum wrote: "Thank you for your letter of July 31, 2008 regarding Paul Williams.
"After the terrible experience I was subjected to by Paul Williams, his camp and advisor in connection with a (Kelly) Pavlik fight, I have absolutely no intention whatsoever to be involved in any fight with Mr. Williams.
"Accordingly, your proposal is in all respects rejected and I would request that you do no contact me again regarding Mr. Williams."

Dude, where did I say Williams was the king of the Welters? What I said was that Margarito is probably the best Welter right now but to prove that he is the king of the division he needs to rematch and beat Williams.Comment

You didn't, but you have lower standards set for Williams than Margarito to be the top WW.
Look at what both have accomplished now, you honestly think Williams holds more ground to that title of BEST WW?? This isn't any like the major american sports where 1 loss ends your season.Comment
