Joe Calzaghe vs David Haye at Cruiserweight is the biggest payday out there for Calzaghe.

Taylor vs Calzaghe @ Millenium Stadium in Wales @ 168 will be the best and biggest fight for both of them in 09'.

Ummm no, that's not true because Taylor brings more money than Dawson and the B-hop rematch is the last thing we need and kinda pointless because b-hop made it that way...Pavlik made like a mill the first fight and had to at least make 4-5 mill the 2nd one...Only one who's constant here is Taylor losing questionably by tko and losing a controversial decision by pavlik....Both fights he had won first fight if he would of put his punches together better he could of stopped pavlik and stay off the ropes...Plus he beat b-hop twice and b-hop beat pavlik and also beat wright who drawed with taylor..So that makes Jermain ahead of all of them...He could make like 8 mill against Taylor which would be a HUGE fight imo way better than b-hop and dawson...Plus taylor runs from no one ppl said he was running scared from pavlik, but he fought him twice and wants to again....Calzaghe-Taylor was suppose to be made a couple of years back, but Calzaghe turned it down...I think Dawson-Hopkins need to fight each other to see who gets a shot @ calzaghe until then Taylor is the front runner..

It won't happen but actually the fight I'd like to see most, other considerations aside, would be a Kessler rematch at LH (on the assumption Calzaghe can't get down to SMW again). Kessler was Calzaghe's best win and best opponent in the opinion of many - not least Calzaghe himself - and it was one hell of a fight.. a clearer result maybe but a much better spectacle than B-Hop. Curious to see how well Kessler would do moving up; rather better than Pavlik I suspect.

                "Bad" Chad Dawson

Dawson is the only fighter worth fighting @ LHW and we know that's where the fight will take place. If Calzaghe is a true champ and wants to be respected after he calls it quits, he needs to face Dawson. Simple as that. You cannot get into big fights in your last few with guys on their way out and expect to be considered a legend.

Possibly, but it would also be the most risky fight he could take next to fighting Dawson, who has already challenged Joe publicly.

Ive posted this before but .....Its like this.

If Joe retires, he retires. His legacy is sealed. He goes down as a great fighter, best SM of all time etc etc. He DOES NOT NEED Chad Dawson to secure his legacy. He isnt ducking Dawson. Anyone who thinks that is quite frankly a twat.

At the same time, if Joe doesnt retire, he should fight Dawson in my opinion. Those saying Dawson "isnt a big name" or whatever are also ******. He may not be a big name but hes the most legit challenge to Joe at LHW and we all wanna see the best fight the best at each weight.

                      End of story.
