He wound't really stay in divisions for long, because he said his goal was always to be the first 6 weight world champ which makes up for not being an all time great in one division. But he would always face and beat some of the best and number 1's of the division. But if i had to pick one divsion that was his best it would probaly be between Jr Middlweight and Welterweight.
    Welterweight Legacy
    WBC welterweight title-7Defences
    Wins Over Pernell Whitaker,David Kamau,Hector Camacho,Wilfredo Rivera,Patrick Charpentier,Julio Cesar Chavez,Ike Quartey,Oba Carr,(Robbed against Trinidad)Derrell Coley,L12 Shane Mosley,Arturo Gatti.So i think he could have a case for being a all time great at welterweight.
    JR Middle Legacy
    WBC light middleweight title ~
~ WBA light middleweight title ~
~ International Boxing Association light middleweight title ~
    IBA Light Middleweight Title
Wins over Javier Castillejo,Fernando Vargas,Luis Ramon Campas,(Robbed against Mosley),Ricardo Mayorga, and razor shapr decsion loss against Mayweather Jr.

So i think if he would of got the wins over Trinidad and Mosely rematch in which he should of got then he would be top 5 to 10 at welterweight and a top 1 to 5 jr middle but i still think he done enough to be an a atg in both divisions even if he is low on the lists!

That is the correct answer, pretty much end of this thread.
