He could have been, but his prime was far too short. It's just like my feeling on Barry making the HoF which I think was a worse induction than Johansson.

How could he?? Since to you being an ATG, you have to clean the division. Barrera would of been in the way for him.

Huh? I said he could have been, but he lost to MAB so he obviously didn't clean out the division. Are you speaking english at this point?

Hamed beat most of the division's champs before fighting Barrera. He had beaten the guys with the belts of the big 4. Espinosa would've done quite a bit for Hamed's legacy, but I think Warren had any interest in a fight with him.

Barrera wasn't really a featherweight for most of Hamed's reign.

I didn't see MAB's name anywhere in your previous post. Anyways, I'm done arguing with you. If Tommy Hearns can't be in your ATGs, I know as hell DLH isn't.

              Let's see...

Can't name one division where he'd be ranked in the top ten.

Can't name one division where he beat the best.

Oscar holds the record for most paper titles ever.

At 130, beat Jimmy Bredahl for the WBO title when the WBO title was worth two hot dogs and a papaya (1994).

At 135, beat ancient Jorge Paez who held yet another bogus WBO belt. Well, he did fight Rafael Ruelas - anybody but the best!

At 140, beat the weakest link named Miguel Angel Gonzalez.

At 147, won a highly controversial decision over a faded Pernell Whitaker.

At 154, won his title against the feared Francisco Castillejo.

And at 160, "beat" Felix Sturm.

              10x time champ? Sure.

                  He robbed himself against Tito.

And why are you even bringing up the second Mosley fight? Come on, I know you must've been following boxing back then. The only reason he even FOUGHT Mosley was because Shane hadn't won a fight in two years and most thought he wasn't the same. They fought a good close fight the first time...why didn't Oscar want a rematch then? Why did he wait until Vernon Forrest exposed Shane? Why didn't he fight Vernon after?

Things that make you go hmmm...

Gonzalez wasn't a champ at 140. He was considered the best lightweight when DLH first won a title there, then DLH moved ahead of him at 135 at least in the magazines. Gonzalez hadn't done anything of note though, since leaving 135, in August 1995 after beating Lamar Murphy in a controversial decision (I thought MAGO won) which resulted in a post-fight riot on the undercard of Tyson's return bout with McNeeley.

Chavez was the linear champ @ 140 and the big money fight. No one in their right mind thought he was the best at that weight though, seeing as how he "won" the rematch with Randall and he/Don King avoided a rubber match for a decade.
