No takers on the top 10 ATG in any division he's fought in? Top 20? How about top 30 in a single division? Maybe he places there.

He's an ATG cuz he can beat the top dog of the divisions he's fought in but he's hard to put as an ATG in a weight class cuz he's always skippin divisions

He's an ATG because he CAN beat the top dogs??? Then why hasn't he? Why has he always lost to the guys that have an argument about his claim.

Oscar is a Top 20 at SWW. Oscar was dominant in the lower weight Classes, But from WW up he was far from dominant!!!!!

In general, based on his resume, he is a ATG. He has fought the top dogs in every division from 130-160!!!!!

He beat Jorge Paez, Pernell Whitaker, Rafael Ruelas, Genaro Hernandez, Julio Cesar Chavez, Ike Quartey, Fernando Vargas, Oba Carr, he's beaten lots of guys, and the guys he lost to, he hasnt been blown away by
