I recall not very long before the fight was announced it was a mob of angry true boxing fans who were outraged that something like this Bulls*hit was possibly being put together!

We all know that this fight is a travesty to boxing. De La Hoya could easily fight at Middleweight right now and is fighting a guy half his size. There are guys his size he could be fighting instead of a 115 pound blown up lightweight....

It shows how weak-minded people are and how weak boxing is in general. And I blame each and every one of you!

This was our opportunity in history to make a statement to that punk De La Hoya and the "Powers that be" that emphatically believes that you can feed anything (even ****) to a hungry person and they'll eat it!

How are any tickets selling for this fight? And I see so many boxing fans hyped about this fight. And even picking Manny Pac to win!

hatton has 10 x's the better chance to beat dlh than manny does. and hatton beating dlh are very slim to none.

Do you realise dlh can jab 15 times a round and beat manny? Well it's kinda the same thing here. have you seen the manny sparring pics? dude, shut the **** up. dont even act like this is the first horrible matchup that boxing has ever seen. whether you like it or not, alot of people have drawn interest in this fight more because of the controversy, and not because they support the mismatch or whatever the hell you're crying about. and if anything, it's the events like these that bring in the big numbers for boxing ppv, so your attempt to draw people away from this fight is killing boxing more than this "mismatched fight" is. people are gonna watch it no matter what, and i can bet that you will too. boycott all you want, but it wont change ****.

Great post!...im boycotting the fight...im not paying $50.00 bucks to watch this as much as I like both guys.
I have lost respect for ODLH over this...even if he makes 140 which is great and all but even so Pac would have to pile on 10-15 pounds minimum...he all ready looks like a fat school kid...and look at the height difference...its Cotto VS Margarito all over again.
