there are only TWO THINGS (in my opinion) that kept him from winning.

    A) the jab...he used it brilliantly and frequently for the first half or so of the fight...but then he just STOPPED using it...

    B) he faded...he got tired and thats when mayweather capitalized and won majority of the late rounds...

more body shots would have helped his cause as well.

i think he fought a pretty good fight against floyd and im eager to see a rematch to see if im right and oscar can beat him...

    i believe he can.
Floyd was in the lead after 6 rounds, though.

i think DLH used a little bit more emotion in that fight. He really wanted to shut Mayweather up so he might have been a little bit more overzealous. He wanted to fight Mayweather instead of having a chess match.

i really neved did like that fight, on either accounts. Mayweather did what he was supposed to do, but the way he did it was pretty boring. At least in my opinion. Mayweather does have great evasive and defending skill. I give it up to Mayweather, but i just didn't enjoy that fight.

Roach had a good gameplan for Oscar to outpoint Floyd......but he shouldve known Floyd's effectiveness is always overrated, the benefit of the doubt would go to the p4p king(i still think Floyd won, but closer in points than people like to say it was...)

besides everyone knows de la hoya is better when he uses his normal style...its dumb to chase a guy who is used to getting chased if thats not your natural style...oscar shouldve known looking back to the first mosley fight...

Really? I haven't seen the fight in ages, but I don't remember feeling that Floyd could really hurt Oscar. I know he caught him sweetly a few times but stopping him?

****, I feel like watching the fight again. And I don't want to. But I feel like I should now.
