I gotta go with Williams but probably not by ko. His punches still flow in bunches but he is hitting pretty hard now and his defense is better. For Margarito to win he will have to outwork Williams very difficult.

Margarito is never going to stop Williams not a chance in hell. The first fight Margarito did land some good shots and had him but not hurt as bad as Cotto was.Williams was green and Margarito wasn't able to knock him down. Williams is not like Cotto. Cotto after landing the combos took a rest against ropes where Margarito got free shots and landed with uppercuts. Williams just keeps throwing and throwing. Williams is also starting to sit on his punches and Margarito will be more worried next time around. Margarito did his best damage to Cotto when he used his uppercut or body shots.
