Margarito said no. He stated in the press conference he will not fight Williams unless promoted by Arum. Like he was robbed or something. He also said no to the guaranteed 4 million and also he stated as well before Cotto fight Williams is not in his future plans. Doesn't look like he wants to avenge his loss
