Yup or maybe Nacho and Dundee are acquaintances.

Well who knows man, there's a couple of people that I wouldnt mind if they put their arm around me for a picture and other's that I would mind.

Even though it's messed up what Nacho said, some people have different boundaries than others. I personally wouldn't wrap my arm around someone unless it's a close friend that I know doesnt mind.

It's also a cultural thing.

Try and get that way with people you don't know in the Mexican community and you will get your mouth split quick, it's just not something that is in the norm.

If that's Nacho's reaction because of his culture, Americans too have a cultural thing about being insulted in their faces, especially American fighters or former fighters like Roach. I'm glad Nacho said it in Spanish as it didn't give Roach enough time to go all cultural on him...lol.
