It was in Spanish, Roach said someone else later translated it for him. The vid in which Roach describes it was posted last week. SO yeah, he felt pretty disrespected when Nacho suggested he was a **** for trying to hug him.

Even though it's messed up what Nacho said, some people have different boundaries than others. I personally wouldn't wrap my arm around someone unless it's a close friend that I know doesnt mind.
People from Mexico city have a very sick sense of humor, I don't think Nacho was trying to disrespect him but yeah telling someone if they want to "Blow you" is a bit out of line.
