Hatton took real bombs from Kostya Tszyu and walked through them. That's a good chin.
Watch the Tszyu fight before commenting. He was throwing single punches for most of the fight and not the combo's he did when his reflexes were still there. Don't look at the record and say "wow Tszyu has alot of KO's" and think he's still the same slugger he was, I'm sure you think Tyson was still the same powerhouse even though McBride stood up to his punches. Does that mean Tyson and Tszyu lost all their power? No, it means neither threw combos like they used to and unless they get their man out of there with a huge one punch KO they'll get beaten up.

You could be right, also add that Hatton does not look after himself between fights. This is why Hatton has always stated that he wants the big fights quickly as he doesn't see him fighting into his late thirties like a Calzaghe or Roy Jones.

Well there's no doubt that Hatton's lifestyle is killing any chance at longevity so he has to fight the big names now because with his style in 5 years he'll be losing to guys that perhaps now he would handle easily.

Paulie got hit with a straight right hand in the second round that staggered him badily. After that he went into survival mode the rest of the fight. Flicking his jab but never really throwing anything with any conviction. hatton fought many top fighters Mayweather hit him with clean hard shots all fight. Floyd has speed and those clean accurate shots would drop alot of fighters. Hatton walks through shots consistantly. He takes hard clean shots and keeps coming....Lefty

Watch some of the other fights I mentioned vs Lazcano and vs Urango and you'll see Hatton get buzzed and do some holding of his own to prevent hitting the mat. I predict the next decent puncher Hatton faces will KO him. If he fights Juan I see Hatton being broken down until he's stopped and if he fights hollywood or Manny both have the power to test Ricky's shaking chin.
Yep, can't argue with the fact that Hatton has held on to his opponent, in the past, after getting clocked with good shots. Was just commenting on the fact that I did'nt think Paulie's chin was as good as i thought it would be. Maybe thats down to forgetting how hard Hatton can hit at this weight though.

I agree with your last comment, when Hatton does comes up against a "puncher", if he walks into shots, open, like the other night then he could well get KO'd.
