The stoppage was comparable to Steele's stoppage of Chavez-Taylor I in my opinion, it will be talked about for years.

Man, did you even watch the fight? That punch landed square and ****ed Hatton's eye up bad. Hatton was shaken up bad after that. If he didn't hold Paulie could have caught him with a big counter and, even with his lack of power, Hatton might not have been able to take it.

I think it was a bad stoppage from the ref and Paulie still had a good chance of winning. Hatton's eye was getting worse and Paulie was catching him more and more with good counter's. McGirt ruined that fight.

Hatton is still probably number three on the P4P lists now though. I think Paulie falls off them now as well with that loss.

Listen I have no pull around here, I'm a complete n00b (in this place at least) but WTF fight were you watching bro?? Hatton was holding??? Paulie had a good chance of winning??? McGirt ruined the fight by telling Paulie how to win, then watching Paulie do absolutely nothing he told him to do, then throwing in the towel before Hatton really tried to hurt him.
