I remember the few times when Joke Cortez let Ricky and Floyd fight on the inside, it was still Floyd getting the upper hand in the exchanges. Floyd just trumps Ricky in every department including one where he excels and that's why it wouldn't matter in the end whoever they pick to ref their fights because Floyd knows what adjustment would be necessary for every situation.
