Both were undefeated; both were Champions; and both were considered good fighters. The slight difference actually was that Dawson beat Adamek to get his title.

Adamek is even a bigger fighter; he has moved up to CW.

Perhaps he can start taking on all comers instead of ducking out of an ordered mandatory defense. He'd rather face seniorcitizen Tarver and be stripped of his title than do the honorable thing and defend against the qualified deserving challenger Diaconu.

there is little money, almost no reward for beating another old guy who already lost 10 times!!!! it won't prove anything.....

calzaghe has already stated he's taking time off, but will return if the money's right for a fight, AND if there's some YOUNG, UPSTART champion he needs to teach a lesson to.....
