Oscar wanted it at 154 becasue it would increase his chances of winning, Mayweather never fought at 154 before. At 147 Mayweather would have retained for Speed and power and would have knocked down Oscar. Mayweather was very close to knocking down Oscar

I wouldn't say he was scared necessarily.

But he knew how good Mayweather was. He did whatever he had to do to minimize risk, and it didn't work, because Mayweather is just that good.

I agree that Mayweather won, but he was not toying with Oscar at all during the fight.

The fight definitely wasn't a blow out, had Oscar actually thrown his jab, it could have been much closer.
