Oh, I don't know...maybe Floyd? I'd love to finally see that one. Margarito should loudly call out Floyd right now. I seriously doubt Floyd would answer the call no matter how much money he was offered. IMO

Mayweather is retired. Margarito is being called out by Williams

I don't see what the big deal is.

        After Tony mauls Shane,

        "Shane is too old"
"Shane would have beat him in his prime"

I didn't care for this fight from the jump as it really proves nothing in the welterweight landscape other than Mosley is the biggest name in it.

I've always thought it was a ***** move by any fighter to call out a retired fighter.

If someone asks you {the fighter} about Floyd, you simply respond like this: Well, Floyd is retired and as a fellow fighter I have to respect the decision of a fighter that wants to call it a career; better his decision when healthy than being forced out, however {and this is the opening}; my door is always open if such a great fighter would want to come back...but I respect his decision to retire.

Floyd is scared of Tony, as are Oscar and Shane. If Shane really wanted to fight Tony he'd take the smaller purse, but he's trying to get the lions share of the purse knowing Tony will refuse.

Yeah well, Margarito offered Floyd 8 mil a few years ago....but to no avail. That was no "*****" move.

I'm coming in here to lol...that article said he is holding out for a June rematch with Cotto...If anything Cotto should be begging him not him sitting waiting on the guy he destroyed and was splattering his blood on the camera during the broadcast. Is he or can he really just sit there til ****ing summer waiting to fight a guy that he brutaly KO'd without losing a belt or something?

Mosely is a good fighter and even with that being said i know i was in the minority thinking he could win but Margorito turning down the fight just made me think more of Mosely and his reputation in the sport.

Look when it was offered. Arum knew Oscar was talking to Floyd so he went in for the move to get Margarito's name out there. There is NO WAY Floyd is going to turn down a fight with GOLDY for Margartiowho.

You're right. Mosely is just another old past his prime fighter looking for a payday. Seems to happen more and more these days...hence Pacquiao v. Oscar. With the exception of the money, Margarito has almost nothing to gain by fighting Shane Mosely.
