If his career high payday is $1.5, $2 million is nothing to complain about, especially after he turned down $4 million to fight Williams. He's not going to get these kinds of paydays anywhere else apart from a rematch with Cotto.

He fought him once because it was either fight Williams or lose the belt, he chose to try and keep the belt. He already turned Williams' offer of $4 million down, he's never even said that Williams didn't offer him the fight, so yes, I believe the offer was made.

There is somebody fighting on November 29th that would disagree with you. I still can't believe that some of you are actually thinking this is a good look for Margarito. It's astounding. He is turning down 2 million, plus a chance of putting a Hall of Famer on his resume, which to some of you, is an automatic win for Margarito. This ****ing place never ceases to amaze me....
