He lost cause floyd is a better fighter all round...

They could fight 5 times and Floyd would win all 5...

Hatton didnt stand much of a chance because Floyd is just superior in every way but Cortez snuffed out any glimmer of hope

Mayweather was just too good,Hatton was way out of his league in that fight.

That being said Joe Cortez also played a part in not allowing Hatton(The British Fighter) to hit and hold Mayweather Jr(The Ameican Fighter). In this fight he did his Job properly which shows just how biassed he is.

Especially when you consider that Hopkins(The Ameican Fighter) was allowed by the one in the same Joe Cortez to hit and hold when he fought Calzaghe(The British Fighter),the split decision outcome only happened because Hopkins was allowed to break he rules. If Cortez had done his job properly the outcome would have been a clear points win for Joe Calzaghe.

That's Just wrong,Cortez showed favour to the American fighters on both these occasions.

I don't care if Jesus was the ref that night; nothing could have saved Hatton.

And I'm wondering what Roy thinks of God now.

I think with a better ref, Hatton could.............. lose a wide decision.

There is pretty much only one Hatton fan who is delusional enough to think that the referee was the deciding factor, and we all know who that individual is.

                    LOL

I think with Floyd fighting style back in the day he would have done even better, but I also say Hatton should have went back to his original style prior to Tszyu.

Cool interview that sums it up:
