Why did Hatton lose to Mayweather in your opinion

I waited 2 years for floyd to wipe the floor with hatton , hatton like cal is very overrated and has had a very structured rise to the top based on their skin color. hatton is no better than a c level fighter and the fact that he picked up floyds dad to triane him may make him b-level. nothing would please me more then hatton getting a rematch against floyd in london in fron ot 90,000 brit fans

mayweather was much too fast and smart, he had ricky walking into lead rights and fast counters all night long

those shots really added up and messed ricky around over the course of the fight, that check hook was really just the icing on the cake

Mayweather is the better athlete, Hatton couldn't keep up. There is also the difference in skill Mayweather disected him, Hatton couldn't go for his body shots as he would get punished for it or tied up.

Also strength, Hatton thought he would be stronger than Mayweather but that wasn't the case, Mayweather can hit hard enough to damage Hatton yet he kept rushing in, he had no other way of fighting.

Many things led to his defeat.
