Who has Hatton beat, really? A bunch of over the hill and average fighters. Lovemore N'Dou is a better opponent than anybody that Hatton has beat, except maybe Tzyu, who was clearly over the hill. And to dominate him worse than anybody ever did? If the Paulie from last June shows up to the fight, Paulie will have a great performance, and everything I see tels me he can do that. Because, without the hype, Ricky Hatton is just an average agressive pressure fighter.

Hatton mauls you but he wont be able to do that when Paulie's giving him angles. Hatton has a tendency to hold first THEN hit, by the time he gets to do that small little Paulie is out the way. 12 rounds of this and Paulie is chillin..

don't get me wrong I respect Ricky Hatton, he's a well respected fighter in my book but history has shown us he doesn't do well with solid Boxers, skillful and slick Boxers whom know how to maneuver for 12, they built for that. Hatton got it but not against a guy like Paulie, he's going to get worked by pitter patter punches that don't even hurt for 12 rounds because he wont know how to trap him unless he holds him, something Paulie ain't gonna let him do..

I got Paulie. that's my prediction as the winner. I just think he gonna be too slick for Hatton. this is Boxing and I acknowledge I could be wrong but I just don't see it. if I gather up 1K I'll bet someone on it with 5 to 1 odds, if one of you mate's is really confident about ya man the odds shouldn't be a problem, I got Paulie.. holla
You had Pavlik beating Hopkins, though?

If Paulie held less he would've been likely tkoed. Malignaggi can't deal with quick pressure fighters (Ngoudjo, Cotto and now Hatton).

Malignaggi showed his further decline in his last fight. He won a SD against N'Dou who is the worst boxer in the 140 pound division, even worse than Cherry against whom Paulie actually had a very good performance.

Hatton is back for blood. In his last fight he won every single round, but he got hurt bad I believe in the 11th. Lazcano is a way harder puncher though so Ricky should not worry about Paulie's 5 kos.

Paulie's last fight will be against Hatton. He'll break both hands and suffer a humiliating beatdown. Inside of 9 Hatton erases his **** looks off the face of boxing.

        What do you guys think?
I think floyd snr in hatton's corner will make a whole lot of difference.
maybe the difference between losing and winning.

you're an idiot. you are calling paulie over rated but i guarantee you, you will be the first crying about someone not giving hatton credit if he beats paulie.. and if they don't it will be rightfully so and justified since you are discrediting him and calling him overrated.

I dont rate Hatton highly. I thought he edged out Collazo who is a pretty good fighter. His resume at 140 is lacking, I agree. The Tszyu win is Hatton's career.

He's still tough to beat though regardless. You have to be able to keep him off of you either way.

Malignaggi BROKE HIS HAND IN THE SECOND NDOU FIGHT!!!

if you watch the FIRST ndou fight he completely outclassed him in one of his best career performances...the broken hand is why the fight was close...before the round he broke it i had ndou winning only one or two rounds...

a fighters strength doesnt exactly tell the tale of his strength...even with a mere 5 ko's he has the strength to keep fighters at bay...its because of his many hand injuries he doesnt aim for the knockout.

im not saying paulie will win with ease...or maybe he wont win at all...but paulie deserves credit.

Cotto made a jigsaw puzzle out of Paulie's face. The kid is a weak puncher but he's got tough whiskers. Maybe Ricky should do what he does best and breakdown that body.
