i dont think Joe was ever that fast TBH anyone can look fast when they dont extend their elbows when they flurry,you try extending your elbows when you punch and see how much harder it is to be as fast

Impressive, yes. But go have a look at a Jones clip from when he was 29.

I think Joe is just as fast as he was then but allot better defensively now. I would have to say Joe is probably still in his prime.
