For someone who has no defences, Calzaghe has done pretty well in his career so far. Down 4 times, for less than 10 seconds combined, only ever cut once or twice. Barely lost more than few rounds a fight in his career. If he had such a ****ty defence, someone would've exploited it by now.

Not sure I've seen Calzaghe fight somebody who matched his workrate, prime Jones would swarm all over him.

He would be just as much of a tough bastard against Jones. He wouldnt suddenly fall apart.

there's where the jones power changes things, calzaghe was properly hurt(by jones wrist mind you), it was'nt a flash knockdown he stumbled up, prime jones would've landed that plenty, and it would land flush

he did that move alot but from a distance in his prime, watch the james toney fight, and we all know calzaghe does'nt have a james toney defense

Calzaghe has been hit by more powerful punchers than Jones before.

I am not saying that he would win, but the assumptions that Prime Roy Jones would take someone of Calzaghe's ability out so quickly simply doesnt ring true with what the record book suggests.

really?, damn, i mean if he can break ribs with one punch without working the body or nothin, that's gotta be pretty impressive right?

but yea man, im not saying he'd win by ko, but im sure calzaghe would atleast stumble or fall a couple of times
