For someone who has no defences, Calzaghe has done pretty well in his career so far. Down 4 times, for less than 10 seconds combined, only ever cut once or twice. Barely lost more than few rounds a fight in his career. If he had such a ****ty defence, someone would've exploited it by now.
How would Calzaghe do against 1993 Roy Jones?

Here's a clip of 93 Roy at his best. He would be able to match Joe's energy because Roy at the time had great energy also. I think Joe keeps it competetive though.

he did that move alot but from a distance in his prime, watch the james toney fight, and we all know calzaghe does'nt have a james toney defenseComment

there's where the jones power changes things, calzaghe was properly hurt(by jones wrist mind you), it was'nt a flash knockdown he stumbled up, prime jones would've landed that plenty, and it would land flush

I am not saying that he would win, but the assumptions that Prime Roy Jones would take someone of Calzaghe's ability out so quickly simply doesnt ring true with what the record book suggests.Comment
