LOL at the title of this thread. I could imagine Williams with his wide eyes open looking inside a window

Get in where you fit in, 154.

lol If this ****in guy thinks any WELTERWEIGHT would risk his career/money on some massive inspector gadget that can shrink himself at 147 and hide behind a Jab thats as long as a bridge, you'd have to be playin yourself.

Williams vs Angulo in the near future, if Williams fails at that, and shows he can't hang at 154, 147 is there.

aww, poor paul williams the freakishly oversized kid who cant find other kids his own size to play with. dont get me wrong, i'd love to see pw fight margarito after cotto but pw shouldnt be surprised that other welterweights would want to avoid fighting a talented 6ft2 (+?) natural middleweight.

Why would a welterweight want to fight a gangly muh f***a like Williams? He should take a look in the mirror, realise most welterweights are about as tall as his balls and step-up in weight. Then maybe if he beats a few big names and makes a bigger name for himself at a higher weight, he'll be able to entice those fighters he craves so much with a bit more money on the table. He's too much of a risk without reward at the moment - there's just not enough buzz about him.

Williams is trying to talk his way into a money fight...he beat Margarito in a very close fight and was tiring towards the end of it as Margarito applied his normal fighting pressure, bottom line is Margarito had a very very slow start in that fight and as a result gave Willaims about 3 or 4 rounds, before he started getting into his groove.......

Now Willaims is calling everyone out and saying no one is willing to fight him.....Bottom line is that Verno Phillips is looking for a payday at the expense of giving over his title belt, it might as well be XMAS, we all know what the result will be......Question becomes, will Willaims go ahead and call out Vernon Forrest? Will Williams finally settle on a divison to become a major player in a particular division....

And for a guy that lost soundly to Carlos Quintana, Williams sure has a lot of mouth..... And if a recall there was an article on this site in which Joshua Clottey called Williams out, I guess Willaims missed that one.......

WOW Look at the excuses from this thread. Williams makes 147 without any problems. Williams is too big for WW??? What about Margarito wanting to fight Mayweather a guy who is a "natural SFW"

you dont keep up with boxing much do you?

Williams responded to Clottey and his team but the fight couldnt be made for the 29th due to money issues. Paul Williams also stated that after he responded to Clottey's camp they got quiet about it.

and if u look at the fight it seemed that Margarito got tired when the 12th started...Williams outboxed Margarito as he did in the 1st half of the fight

AND Vernon Forrest said that he saw no reason to fight Paul Williams when asked about him.

Tons of excuses here, both on this thread, and coming from the fighters themselves. Margarito is scared. Heck, Margarito is scared of Mosley it looks like. Nobody wants to fight PW! What a bunch of LOSERS!
