P.Will is so lame. Waah, waah no one will fight me. Hey, Carlos Quintana wanted a trilogy but I guess that doesn't count?

Guy is screaming for a pay day at welterweight but he's out of luck for at least the middle of the year.

Margarito will make more money by fighting Mosley and the rematching Cotto than he would fighting Williams. Same thing goes for Cotto.

Mosley gonna make more money fighting Margarito.

So, he should wait it out or stay at 154.

TK Stewart has to be one of the most biased writers in all of sports. All you got to do is read the title and know it's full of ****. Why doesn't he mention that Quintana and Clottey have been constantly asking for a fight???? Pretty pathetic only a blind pwill nuthugger would agree with these pathetic stories. He could have unified with clottey why didn't he?

There wasn't enough money for the Clottey/Williams match. It wasn't either of their faults.

But P'Dub is just going to have to keep beating contenders until he becomes the mandatory. Plus the boxing public is going to demand that these fighters step up to the plate and fight him. It's just a matter of time.
Yes we all know bob arum thinks williams will beat Pavlik. lol

serious question who do you got pwill vs pavlik at 160????

Here is what I hate about boxing fans.

Paul Williams lost to Carlos Quintana. After the fight, Paul Williams was deemed "overrated", weight issues, bla bla bla. Basically, he was just another good boxer who couldn't make welterweight. Then he avenges his loss, gets another W and suddenly he's the best fighter within 3 divisions and the most feared fighter on the planet.

Margarito beats Miguel Cotto, now Cotto is a bum and Margarito is the best anyone has ever seen on the face of the Earth.

lol. I just find that **** funny. One loss or win, and people start jumping on or off the bandwagon.

Same thing, with Jermaine Taylor. The guy won yesterday at 168lbs and suddenly he can challenge the 175lbs king, Joe Calzaghe. I mean WTF?

            anywayz, just rambling.

Williams should have gave Margarito the immediate rematch when he asked for it.
Now he is **** out of luck and is going to have to wait forever for it to come back around.
Williams is in the same place Margarito was a a few years back though, High risk.. very low reward. It probably wouldn't of been like this if he wouldn't of lost to Quintana..
Outside of Margarito he hasn't done much if anything at all either..

Good Post, I totally agree with everything you've said except a little on the last part. He did knock Quintana out in the rematch, lucky punches or not.
