David Haye gets knocked down by Barrett and Barrett doesn't get credit

The second KD of Monte was a foul IMO. Haye hit him on the back of the head to put him down. It shouldn't of counted and the ref should've warned Haye for hitting behind the head like he warned Monte for doing earlier in the fight.

Nice scrap though. I thought Monte should've been more aggressive, but he did the best he could I suppose.

haye was clearly knocked down and got a 30 second breather to top it off cause monte hit him while he was down. but when haye hit monte when he was down twice nothing happened lol! no points were taken and no breathers for monte. oh mighty corruption

I can't believe all the fuss here. Barrett got knocked out. Why does the ref even matter now? Even if Barrett legitimately knocked Haye down (which I don't believe he did) then how does that help the fact that he got KTFO?

Get used to bad refereeing in boxing. Nothing's new here.

it matters . . . this was a test and now we're all scoring his performance against a hw. what makes it all the worse is that haye was clearly winning and didnt need all the help from that terrible and biased ref.

Haye did look good against Barrett. Barrett fought a ****** fight...he chose to show him too much respect and fought him from the outside. To win, Barrett had to make this a close quarter fight. Haye needs that extension to have any affect with his punches. Haye has never been effective on the inside...unless of course you have a ref that allows rabbitt punching.

I havent seen the replay but would like to though, if the KD was genuine and barrett hit Haye after he was down would the ref give him some time to cool down??
