point 1.......Joe pressures fighters and pressure bust pipes, so if you watch Joe's fights closely......you'll see he breaks alot of fighters wills and he's one of few who can MENTALLY intimidate his opponents.........his chin is world class.......his footwork is world class.........his hand speed is second to none in the weight classes he's fought in......there's no fighter in the world who fights like this guy(style).......I think his jab is very underrated.......his ability to adjust and adapt to whatever comes is something every fighter doesn't possess.....ask Kelly Pavlik. Joe is BETTER than average homie.....I know alot of yall still in denial but Joe Calzaghe qualifies as an ATG in the REAL boxing world.

Great post. Going by written accounts, because that's all there is, Calzaghe is the closest thing we have to an idea of what Harry Greb fought like and as a southpaw to boot. Fans who say Jones or Hopkins would have beat him on better days are as reasonable as those who don't, but the fact that that is his measuring stick, considering how great both are/were, speaks volumes.

Anyone with more than ten fights can have a highlight video just as impressive. Hell there are higlight clips of Jones v Calzaghe that suggest that Jones destroyed him because they only show the three decent punches Jones landed all night.
