He's a freak of nature. I know that he's extremely dedicated to the sport though, he never eats anything that isn't good for him, and he's a complete gymrat.

I think it was during the Tarver fight where Jim Lampley was talking about 'Nard's 29" waist at the time, and mentioned how proud of it he was.

I thought that was a tad absurd, because... I don't think either of them are particularly blessed with their looks.

Hopkins is a great fighter, what he's doing at over 40 years of age is remarkable, definitely a great fighter.
