Does anyone think Jones should be ashamed of himself?

The guy is a legend yet he went out like a bum. Calzaghe dared Jones and all Jones did was his best Tye Fields. If you are a great fighter how can you just stand there and be slapped all day. Let your hands go what do you have to lose? I'm sick of seeing people hold back. Yeah yeah I know I'm not in there but ****. Roy you look like a bum either getting ko'd or losing by UD so let the hands ****ing go. Roy didn't show up, looked old, and let his fans down tonight.

Yeah, he stole a lot of people's money tonight. If you can't fight, why hype it up like you can just to get another payday? Luckily I saw through his bull**** just like I did before the third Tarver fight and didn't order either. Total waste of money watching Roy fight

He's shot. That's what happens. And it's overhwelming when you get punched like that. He should have clinched, if anything, like Hopkins did.

Roy did this against Hanshaw and Tito. Whoever lost money was a fan, first and foremost.

As someone else said, he's shot. That's what being shot is - physically incapable of performing as you once did.

He should have jumped on Calzaghe in the first round. When he failed to really let his hands go I knew it was over. Offensively he has never changed his style, and it doesn't mesh well with the defensive/positioning adjustments he's had to make due to having no legs.

if anything he showed a lot of heart . . . my respect to rjj to seeing it through to the end, with the cut and facing a superior opponent.

Roy tried to fight and tried to counterpunch Calzaghe. The speed is gone and he realized it in this fight. Watch when he hurt Calzage and tried to open up afterwards. Look at how slow he is. Even when he threw punches you could see them coming.

                    I don't think so.

Try running as fast as you can for as long as you can. Then try to carry on. Sometimes the body is too tired, too worn out, or too old to be able to do certain things, especially when someone is continually throwing punches at you.
